For almost 30 years I have worked with food and with guests, and I value guests above all. The relationship between us is what matters most in a restaurant. That is why I always welcome guests, never customers.
I am passionate about local food, about where things come from and the culture around them. I especially love wine, because it lets me express my emotions to the fullest.
My aim in life is to share my joy in food in a restaurant. That is why The Cork exists. Here you will hear my voice every day, talking with guests about a new olive oil or the taste of fig leaf ice cream from my own garden.
This is a place where you will meet wonderful people who are just as crazy about food as I am.
