Questions about your data, and about who processes it, go to thecork@rzeznicza32.pl.
Who processes your data
The controller of the data you send through the private dining form is the company that runs The Cork restaurant, ul. Rzeźnicza 32-33, 50-130 Wrocław.
For anything about your personal data, write to thecork@rzeznicza32.pl or call +48 502 198 333.
What we collect and why
The private dining form: first name, last name, phone, email, the details of your party and your message, plus the company name and tax ID if you need an invoice. We use them to prepare and send an offer and to arrange your party (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the invoice details to issue an invoice (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Giving us your data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.
Who receives your data
The website and the form run on servers of Netlify, Inc., which processes the data on our behalf. Netlify may store data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.
Table bookings are handled by TheFork. When you go to TheFork, you give your data directly to that service and its privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need to prepare the offer and host your party, and after that only as long as the law requires (for example tax law) or while claims are possible.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Links to TheFork, Instagram and Facebook lead to services with their own privacy rules.
The only thing the website may store in your browser: if you use the "Pause animations" button in the footer, your choice is stored locally in localStorage (key r32-motion-paused); this setting is strictly necessary for that feature, needs no consent, is not used for tracking and never leaves your device.
