1. General

1.1. These Terms set out how to use the website rzeznicza32.pl (the "Website"), including the event enquiry form.

1.2. The Website is run by Rzeźnicza 32 Sp. z o.o., ul. Rzeźnicza 32-33, 50-130 Wrocław, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001085945, NIP: 8971933394, REGON: 527683726 (the "Provider").

2. What the Website offers

• Information about R32 and the venues at ul. Rzeźnicza 32-33 in Wrocław: The Cork restaurant, SiSi Cocktail Bar and the SiSi club.
• An enquiry form for events at R32 Event Space. Using the form is free of charge.
• Links to external booking systems, TheFork (tables at The Cork) and Emenago (tables at SiSi), and to the venues' own websites. Bookings in those systems are governed by their terms and by the rules of the venue. SiSi Cocktail Bar does not take bookings.

3. Technical requirements

All you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. The form also works without JavaScript.

4. The enquiry form

• Sending an enquiry is not a booking and does not create a contract. The Provider replies with a proposal; a contract for an event is concluded separately.
• Do not submit unlawful content or the data of other people without a legal basis.
• Data from the form is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Entry to the venues

The rules for entering and staying in each venue (including the 18+ entry age at the SiSi club) are set by that venue's own rules, published on its website.

6. Complaints

6.1. Complaints about the Website can be sent to biuro@rzeznicza32.pl or in writing to the Provider's address.

6.2. Please include your contact details and a description of the problem. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt.

7. Final provisions

• Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
• The Provider may change these Terms. Changes apply from the moment they are published on the Website.
• Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
